Without our incredible team, we wouldn’t be able to deliver our purpose. That’s why we’re proud to make Bryt Energy a positive, diverse and inclusive place to work – whether that is at home or in the office. From rewarding careers to a friendly and supportive culture, we put our employee wellbeing at the heart of what we do.

Employee Initiatives
We’re building a community which empowers our employees to get involved and drive change:
Mental Health
We know providing support for our employees’ mental health is just as important as protecting their physical health, so 5% of our team are qualified Mental Health First Aiders. These individuals have been trained in how to identify and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue, and they help us to provide vital support for our employees’ wellbeing.
Living Wage
We became an accredited Living Wage employer in 2021 to try to ensure that everyone receives fair pay, including all of our third party contracted staff.
EDI Champions
Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Champions actively promote, celebrate and raise awareness of key issues. Led by our employees, they engage with colleagues on a range of events and promote EDI training across the business.
Sustainable Action
We empower our employees to take sustainability action in a variety of ways, from Carbon Literacy training that provides our teams with the knowledge about climate change, to volunteering days that allow staff to give back and contribute to the causes they care about.
Our Leadership Team
We’re supported by an experienced and passionate leadership team, who have over 100 years of energy industry experience between them, having worked with both the ‘Big 6’ and smaller energy suppliers previously.
We’ve supported over 20% of employees with their external training and qualifications.
